My GTX 970 died recently.
Thinking of getting a new GPU.
Im getting a used GTX 1080 for 70$ cheaper than a new RTX 2060.
The reason I’m inclined towards the 1080 is that my monitor supports 144Hz only over DVI-D which is not available on the 2060.
If i were to buy the 2060 ill have to spend additional on an adapter to make it work on my PC.
Which GPU is better among the two?

Solution
The 1080 is around 10% better. Just make sure it's used and not broken or something.
Tho you should switch from DVI-D sooner or later. You should look into the 2060 Super also while you are purchasing, idk the prices but they are supposedly better than the old non-super cards.
