Question RTX 2060 vs GTX 1660 TI

So here is my build that I will be making fairly soon but I'm stuck on which graphics card is better, here are the specifications:
i5-9400f
H60 Corsair AIO cooler
ADATA SU800 512 GB SSD
SPEC-DELTA Corsair case
Gigabyte z390 Gaming x motherboard
vs650 PSU 650 watts
Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro DDR4 3000 MHZ 2x8GB
ROG STRIX RTX 2060 O8G/ROG STRIX 1660 TI O8G
I will overclock the GPU just a bit (if neccessary)

2060 is faster than 1660
That's why it costs more.

yes but the core speed on the rtx is smaller around 1300 vs the gtx at 1500 which would compensate right?
