Which "500W PSU? and what are the rest of your components?

A quality 500W should be plenty for just about any mainstream system with a 2060S (i5 or R5 etc)

Quality matters when it comes to power supplies. Some power supplies can't consistently deliver on their rated output because they are made with crap components. That's why you need to spend the extra for an 80+ rated PSU and go to the 80 Plus website for a list of certified PSU's, because some unscrupulous manufacturers and resellers will claim 80+ certification, when the PSU's they are selling are not certified at all.
