Side question, your one of the few people I've seen use the Asrock B450 Steel Legend board. How do you like it? I almost bought it but ended up getting the Strix B450F for a great price ($50 off). A friend of mine is in dire need of a platform upgrade (CPU/MB/RAM) and I've considered using it for his upgrade.

So the extremely cheap RTX card the RTX 2060 FE which has an msrp of £329! But can you buy it? NO! Currently the RTX 2060 is not available in the UK or the rest of the EU for that matter. They said that the next stock was coming in when the PASCAL cards sold out! they have so we are overdue! They are estimated to arrive again 01/06/2019! Do you think they will??https://www.nvidia.com/en-gb/geforce/graphics-cards/rtx-2060/
Please do check at nvidia's store regularly and thus, how I got hold of them. It's actually a very good card, well built, surprisingly quiet and comes with Samsung memory.
