Hi. I have the gigabyte windforce oc rtx 2060 . it is running on 1365 MHz base and it says on afterburner boost 1750 . what are these exactly . oh and my memory clock is 7000mhz . are these normal for this type of rtx 2060 ? are there any room for imporovments without causing damage . and what are base and boost ?

Solution
They are normal.

The base is what the GPU runs at in normal conditions.
Then basically if there is spare power, and other conditions are met (such as low enough temperature) the GPU will "boost" it's clock speed up to 1750 so it will have a bit of extra juice when it is able to do so.
It is automatically controlled, nothing to worry about, and nothing to change.

Just if you are planning to OC using MSI Afterburner, do so carefully with guided instructions (many of which can be found on Tom's Hardware).
