Really quick question is it worth upgrading from Gigabyte 1070 Windforce edition to Rtx 2070 Amp Extreme, It would cost me around 400 eur and I could sell my old card around 180 eur, so is it worth it or I simply need to wait for better deals?

It would be worth it: the 3070 performs as well as a 2080ti, and with you being able to get it for only 220 euro, it seems like a good deal.
