RTX 2070 and Power Requirements

So i am looking at buying an RTX 2070 as its great value to performance, and my GTX 960 is finally starting to die off after 4 long years of work. I was wondering however if my current Power Supply would be enough to support it though because i only have a 650 watt PSU. I'll list my parts below and if anyone could tell me if that would be enough to support my current setup plus an RTX 2070, that would be awesome, and if not, what i should get.

Case: Rosewill Cullinan
Motherboard: Msi Z270 Gaming M7
CPU: Intel i7-7700k
Cooler: Hyper 212 Turbo
SSD: Samsung 860 Evo 1TB
HDD: WD Blue 1TB

650W is plenty. What is the exact model of your power supply?

As long as it's a decent 650w it's plenty of power for those specs.
