Question RTX 2070 ARMOR OC

Hey guys , I just recently did a pc build and i decided to go with the rtx 2070 armor oc graphics card but for some reason im only getting 60-70 fps in GTA5 . I see people on youtube getting way more than 60fps using the rtx at the max settings in GTA5. Is there any reason why im not getting the same ?

My specs are:
Intel Core I5-9600K
NVIDIA RTX 2070 Armor OC 8GB
Crossair Vengeance LPX 16GB (2×8GB)
Dell Gamaing Monitor (1920×1080) @ 144hz
Asus Prime z390-a


Any help or tips would be greatly appreciated!

Yea i have updated all the drivers.
Pc is running at good temps and no other programs running in the back

whats your ram speed? 2133 vs 3000+ can change performance a good amount. the video you reference is tested with 3200mhz

My ram is 2400. I lowered my settings and im still getting around 70 fps.
