Question RTX 2070 Broken?

Sometimes when I open an application or mostly just out of nowhere I get a blue screen (not blue screen of death) and my computer has to be restarted to work again, I suspect its my gpu, are there any ways I can solve this? Can accumulated dust cause this? I want to be sure before trying to open and clean the card, sometimes weird symbols appear on the screen in a pattern and can once again only be fixed by a restart

On another note, the make and model of the PSU is important as is the wattage but it's modularity has no relevance on the quality of the PSU.

What aftermarket cooling are you on? You might want to also check the BIOS revision on your motherboard.

probably worth blowing out the dust from the case. Reseat the GFX card too.

Not reset. Reseat (remove, blow out dust from cooler, pcie slot, put it back).
