Is the Z370-A PRO Motherboard compatible with the Gigabyte RTX 2070 Windforce?

The only thing you won't be able to do is NVIDIA SLI since that board is AMD Crossfire only. If you don't plan on running multiple GPUs then it's not an issue. Be sure to get a PSU that can support your 2070 (watts and connectors) and make sure you have enough room in your case.

Is 650W PSU okay?

I've got a i7 8700k and a typical gaming RGB mouse/keyboard
