RTX 2070 died on me after a month of using it

Hello i've purchased a Palit RTX 2070 jetstream 8gb gddr6 graphic card in december 2018 and 3 days ago 30/1/2019 the card died on me luckily I have 3 years dealer warrenty incase the card failed and I already sent the card back for replacment so you probably are wondring what happend.

I was playing A game as usual in the night and all the sudden after 2hrs of Gaming the monitor turns Black and pc restart it self, the boot menu is messed up with pink artifacts and the desktop native resolution cannot go above 1024x768 it just stays there cannot even open the Nvidia control panel and I have error 43 in device manager that Windows stopped this device from working cus it reported problems

So the card died? I had An old Gtx 960 around and swapped it and it works fine.

CPU: intel Core i7-8700 3.2-4.3ghz 6cores 12threads.
GPU: Palit RTX 2070 jetstream (dead)
RAM: corsair vengeance lpx 3000mhz CL 15 ddr4 2x8gb (running at 2666mhz XMP)
PSU: Corsair TX650M 80+ gold
SSD: Samsung 840 pro 256gb
Storage: 1TB western digital Black
Motherboard: gigabyte b360m-d3h

My son's 2060 EVGA Black arrived DOA he's waiting for his replacement.

Even RTX 2060 is failing Too this looks bad for whole RTX lineup I just hope the replacment Last years period not only A month its really not Cool when you spend much money and you get faulty card.

Unfortunately there seems to be quite a few. EVGA CS is great so he's not worried there. Hopefully the issues get worked out.
