Question RTX 2070 or RTX 2080 or Vega 64 on Sale?

Hi Guys,

I currently have this system:

i5 9600k (no overclock yet) with Auraflow 240
Z390 Aorus Elite
GTX 1060 6GB
16GB 2400mhz RAM
500 GB Samsung 860 EVO
2TB WD Blue
Seasonic M12ii 750W Bronze
Inwin 101

I play on a 3440x1440 100hz Freesync monitor, so I turn down to High/Medium just to go near 60fps, but I'm more into the immersive and open-world games rather than FPS.

Prices here in PH are absurd btw. I can't really decide which is the better value for money, hopefully more future proof. Here are my options:

Aorus RTX 2070 - 575 USD
Gigabyte RTX 2080 Windforce - 800 USD
ASUS ROG Strix Vega 64 (opportunity only) - 425 USD
Gigabye RTX 2060 - 370 USD

I also learned that buying an RTX card gives you free game/s (BFV, Anthem, Metro Exodus), but is inferior to the AMD bundle (RE2, DMC5, Division 2).

I would go for the 2070 for that resolution.
