Is it possible to overclock a: MSI GeForce RTX 2070 Aero 8G to about the performance of a: Gigabyte Aorus GeForce RTX 2070 Xtreme 8GB, with the right cooling?

That first one is a blower card. I doubt there's much OCing headroom on it as blower cards generally run hotter in the first place.

You may be able to squeeze something out of it but generally people don't buy those cards to oc.

but i'm probably watercooling it when I'm going to buy the blower card.
