Question rtx 2070 super bad fps drops

16 gb ddr4 ram
hey guys i am getting bad fps drops on all games when i just installed the rtx 2070 super. I have updated my gpu drivers and i have made it so i am getting max power in windows settings not overclocking i thought it was just battlefield but i also tried apex and it has the same issue major fps drops for about 2 seconds with audio stopping

What was the previous card. Did you clean install the drivers or just download the latest drivers for 2070 super.

Also, what's the GPU and CPU Temp value while Gaming ? Are you using a fresh Windows OS install copy ? Are you having Windows 10 OS ?

No not a fresh copy of windows 10 but I deleted all of my files in settings and the temps look normal

I used a program to delete old drivers it was using the same drivers as my gtx 1070 and I checked online if they have different drivers but they have the same

Also I didn’t install drivers for my x470 mono but I don’t think it supports pcie 4.0
