Hi its my first time posting here, Im not the best with PCs tbh so be patient with me pls.

Build
MotherBoard: GA-AB350-Gaming 3 Rev. 1
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5800X
GPU: RTX 2070 Super
PSU: Gigabyte GP-G750H 750 W 80+ Gold

I finished installing the CPU earlier today (previously had a Ryzen 3 1300X), and installed a new fan controller. The PC turns on, and the RAM and Fan, RGB lights work fine. Every fan including the CPU cooler, and GPU fans seem to be working perfectly fine. However the monitor shows no video, and when I looked at the GPU the lights on the front of it are not turning on. A red CPU light on the bottom right of the motherboard is on and wont turn off. I tried checking the PSU and everything seems to be connected fine.

The motherboard's bios is the newest download (F53)

Do you have a tiny 2pin (will be 4 pins wide but only two pins connect on the outer edge) speaker you can connect to the speaker header? Look up your bios type beep codes -may also tell you in the manual. The manual should also tell you what the light codes mean. You can get the manual in PDF on the manufacturer's website.

If all else fails reset your cmos. Could be your new chip can't handle your memory speed or something.
thanks for the help :) Im not super sure how to do some of those things, Im not the most knowledgable on this kinda stuff, but Ill do my best to look into how to do them.

How do I check this memory speed issue? I have 2 Corsair vengeance RGB PRO 32 GB DDR-4 3600 CL18, and 1 Crucial Sport LT 8 GB DDR4-2400 CL16

First remove the Crucial stick of ram.
Make sure your matching sticks are in slots 2 and 4 away from the CPU.
Or best try 1 of the corsair in slot 2 if they are not a kit.
Did you reset or clear the bios after upgrading the bios?
Make sure this is your board before following instructions.

Manual.

First find the battery and bios /Clear CMOS jumper for your board.
Shut down computer.
Remove power cord and battery.
Press power button several times.
Place jumper on reset pins or screwdriver across pads on board for 10-30 seconds. more is better.
Press power button a few more times.
Wait 10 minutes.
Remove jumper if installed.
Replace battery + side up.
Reconnect power, monitor etc......
press power button.
Give the computer a few minutes for memory training. It may restart a couple times by itself to test memory before booting.

Hopefully you updated the bios/drivers in increments as stated on the website or you may need to switch to the 2nd bios chip and boot your old processor and start again.

A Ryzen 7 5800X is going to draw considerably more power, than a Ryzen 3 1300X. If you installed your power supply at the same time as the Ryzen 3, it may be getting old enough where it is struggling with the additional power demand. I didn't search very long, but the oldest reviews I did find, were dated from 2016 for that brand and model of PSU, which would be just before the Ryzen 3 1300X was released. If it's as old as that, it may be worn out.
