[SOLVED] RTX 2070 Super?

I currently have a GTX 970 but it's lacking in modern titles.

I was looking at the RTX 2070 Super, but knowing the 3000 series is about to come out in a few months... Is it even worth it getting at this point?

I would suggest waiting if you can.

There will be used RTX 2000series hitting the market when the 3000 series becomes available. This can be an affordable way to get the 2070S if on a budget. But the RTX 2000 series will drop a little in price to clear inventory, but Nvidia won't drop it too much.
