RTX 2070 vs CPU/PSU

I wanted to get some opinions as to the likelihood of needing a couple of upgrades. I have a 650w Corsair bronze PSU and the have a i5 4690k cpu. Just purchased a new EVGA RTX 2070 XC Ultra and wanted to get opinions on possible bottlenecking and also if the PSU is still good by today’s standards to handle the card.

Yes the 4690k is a bottleneck for sure. The Corsair is probably a CX650 , which is decent but not great.
