Question RTX 2070 vs RTX 3060 in 2022 who is get better?

Absolutely get the 3060, it's better than the 2070. The 6600-XT is another option in that price range, if you don't care for Ray tracing.

If you look at the hierarchy, you can see they are about the same. I’d recommend between those two to go with the 3060 because it’s the newer card. I’d suggest looking as well at the amd rx6600 and 6600xt. They should be close to that performance level and sometimes are priced better.
