[SOLVED] RTX 2080 BO4 frame drops in certain areas.

I get frame drops in certain areas at 4K with RTX 2080 I seen benchmarks where stays steady 60FPS at 4K so I’m thinking can’t it be my system?
I play at 4K 60FPS 60Hz with AA on low, motion blur off. Everything else at very high.

My specs:
H100v2 Cooler
4790K 4.60GHz
16GB 2.40GHz cas 11
Maximus Hero VII 3201
860 Watt AX Corsair
850 Evo SATA
Cpu temps 70c 4.60GHz
GPU 75c Core 1.93GHz, 7.00GHz
96% vram usage 44% buffer
Cpu usage 80%-100%

try scaling the game to 80% on display resolution it doesn't really need to render at 4k. it should help with FPS drops you may need to find a setting you are happy with

Will a i7 8700K 5.00GHz
Z370 motherboard
DDR 4 help the FPS drops a bit?
Or you need a RTX 2080Ti?
