Question Rtx 2080 low fps

Hi i got this problem with my new gpu and the problem is when i play overwatch epic settings i get 180 fps when youtube benchmark have same rig as me they get 290 and 300 fps and on other games too like fortnite i get 100 to 150but they get 300 and 290 fps and sometimes my when my game is over 90 fps i get this smoothness while gaming but after 30 second it go away i get fps drop for 1 second and it goes away

My spec are msi rtx 2080 venus
I7 8700k
16gb ram
Msi z370 pro motherboard
750w power supply
Windows 10
And my monitor 240hz gsync viewsonic xg2560
And the gpu has like 4 hdmi connectors i dont know which one to use

I dont know what to update my bios is updated and thr gpu is updated and i used ccleaner still same fps
