RTX 2080 Low GPU Usage

Processor: Ryzen 7 2700X
GPU: RTX 2080
RAM: 32GB CORSAIR Vengeance RGB
PSU: CORSAIR RMX Series, RM750x
Mobo: B350M Bazooka


GPU usage will only reach about 40-50%

Some games will fully utilize the graphics card but only somee like ATLAS.

GPU will never reach max usage on Conan Exiles Meaning I cannot get the Frames that I want because the GPU is under performing.

This also happens on Destiny 2.

Can someone help me figure this out?

The framerate is set by the CPU. What kind of framerates are we talking?

What speed is your RAM?

Is your BIOS and drivers up to date?

You're also not getting full performance of that 2700x on a B350 motherboard.

Ram is DDR4 set to 2666 If im not mistaken.

Frame rate in all game settings is set to uncapped for testing purposes and then adjust after testing the game performance.

CPU never reaches over 60% But rarely ever gets that high..

So there isnt a way that my framerate is being set my my CPU

And yes Bios is fully up to date no issues there. Updated it again yesterday
