600W is surely enough power provided that you don't aggressively overclock your CPU and your card only has 6+8 pin pcie connector. But that is the minimum I would go with, and it better be a tier 1 PSU. You really don't wanna cheap out on PSU for $800-ish graphic card.

With that said, there are plenty of 650W Tier 1 PSU out there right now that cost less than $70 USD.

I don't think you would need 750w or 850w, although these do provide the peace of mind.
