Question RTX 2080 Super only uses 7987mb of vram ?

My 2080 Super only uses 7987mb of vram for Cyberpunk 2077.
Is there a way to increase its usage?

Can't increase use when there's basically none left.
1024MB = 1GB
7987/1024 = ~7.80GB
