Hello all,

I have Evga Black Gaming RTX 2080 Super. While idle temp is 41-46ish, when 4k gaming, it goes to 80-85C (it just jumped 88 at RDR 2). I have 5 fans installed ( 1 rear and 2 top exhaust, 1 front and 1 side intake). I have also CPU fan (my CPU is i7 8700). I uninstalled 1 top exhaust fan and installed to bottom intake, but nothing has changed. I tried several custom fan curve settings on MSI Afterburner too, but temps are same. Is this card no good for cooling, or am i doing something wrong? Maybe my fan setup is the problem? What do you suggest?

Thanks!

Solution
What fans are you using?

I would try two front intake and one rear and upper exhaust configuration. The bottom fan IMO is worthless, not just for airflow but because all it will pull in is dust.
