Was just wondering what the experts here think is a reasonable price for an evga rtx 2080 super xc ultra? Very good condition no issues with the card

$800 for a 2080S?
Y'all wiln', I know GPUs are hard to get but 3080 retail?
Well that's why I'm asking.. someone last night seemed ready to buy it for $800 but then stopped texting. Then someone offered $500 for it so I'm just like idk. And I'd rather not rely on Ebay prices I mean most seem to be going for at least $800, or honestly more but locally there hasn't been a lot of takers in the first 24hrs. We shall see, i don't mind people making offers..

I think my friend sold his 2080ti for like $400, but that was when the 3080 first debuted.

I lowered the price to $700 but dont think I should go lower than that. Under my post there's a 2070s selling for $50 more. Still not getting offers though. Idk I'll just be patient i guess.

I even went to a site that buys used pc parts as a curiousity and they offer a minimum of $525 for my card which for a reseller buying my card that was a decent amount.

Yeah I mean, I'd approach it from a buyer perspective-
Maybe the reason there's so many 700-1300 last gen cards is because no one is buying in that market range, and the reason you don't see the cheap ones is because they sell that fast?
I'd say if you aren't trying to min max profits you could sell it super fast if you lowered it to 600 or even 500, but if you are dead set on getting the max amount of money for it, who knows how long it will take :d

We shall see. I mean theres actual bids for cards on Ebay that are $700+ already but how long will it take to sell locally? I have no clue.
