[SOLVED] RTX 2080 TI is underperforming

So, I recently built a new pc, specs: https://au.pcpartpicker.com/user/Techr/saved/CPDWbv. I've done a few benchmarks and it seems it's not performing well, I am not sure what the reason is, so I am hoping to get some help.
The CPU is overclocked to 5ghz and the GPU is also overclocked using the EVGA OC software to :
Memory Clock: 1100
GPU Clock: 180
Power: 125
Temp: 88

It not performing like normal, have a look at the benchmarks most people get well over 5k for heaven with 2080ti

Wow, really?
That's just flat out terrible for running on a 2080Ti.
The Custom, and other presets make Heaven Benchmark a poor choice for comparing performance. 3D Mark's Timespy and Firestrike are better for this.

Also, your parts list is set to private.

I managed to fix it. It was a bios settings problem I think, had to reset it and change a few settigns around.
