Hello. I have bought an MSI RTX 2080 Ventus 8GB which has two female ports, one for 6 pins and one for 8 pins . My psu is a Logisys AT650BK and only has a 6+2 pin header for the GPU. Will I be okay with just the 8 pins? Please help kind people :(

As RGD has stated, firstly you don't want to use a PSU that doesn't have the right connections.

Secondly I wouldn't touch that PSU with a barge pole, less you want it to pop and take out your 2080.
Unfortunately this happens with poor quality PSUs.

Thank you so much for your help. My budget is anywhere under 100$, as I already spent way too much on this GPU and monitor. I am very much lost because half the PSU's I find are either old, or only utilize 8 Pin connectors when I need a 6 and 8. Do you think the 650W you recommended would suffice for my GPU? Thank you!
Yes its a quality 650W so its plenty, it will even run a 2080 Ti.
