Question RTX 2080TI Artifacting After UK heatwave 40c

GPU started doing this during the 40c UK heatwave earlier this year, not been able to figure out the issue or how I could go about fixing it, Anyone able to tell me anything about this?
My ambient room temperature on the day it happened was probably pictures of my monitor in link
In device manager GPU shows with a catuion sigh, I can't remember what device manager reported the error as but could check if needed.

Apart from trying the other gpu sockets I don’t see what you can do. I take it this happens as soon as it boots?

I have tried it in other slots and 2 other computers, and yeah, happens straight away from boot.
1 of the computers I tried, it worked fine until I got into windows to install a driver then once it was installed it just said it failed and that there was an error.
I've just been under the impression it's dead since it happened, I've since got a different GPU but if possible would be great to fix this one or at least know what is wrong with it.
