RTX 2080ti supply issues?

Does anyone know any other online stores that that sell the rtx 2080 ti models besides the usual ( best buy, amazon ,B&H, Newegg)? Every time I'm getting ready to buy a two slot model from EVGA or founders edition they keep selling out really quickly. Is there a supply or yield issue we are not aware of?
