[SOLVED] RTX 2080ti underperforming?

I built my first rig last year and my RTX 2080ti seems to be underperforming in all the benchmarks I've run - here is my Passmark test where it gets 2.5 out of 5 stars on 3D graphics. Is this normal without any kind of overclocking? If not, can someone give me some ideas of what might be going wrong?

What is the make and model of your PSU?

Do you have latest BIOS and gpu drivers?

Does the gaming performance seem low as well?

Do a userbenchmark and post the link of the results here.

Try DDU in safe mode to remove and reinstall your drivers, following this guide:
