Question RTX 3050 runs at x8 in a x16 slot, is that normal ?

I honestly don't understand if this would be normal.

I use a ryzen 3600 and an nvme m.2 slot, a520m s2h motherboard pciex16 3.0...

I only noticed it now and I've already tested it 5 times and decided to clear up this doubt, otherwise I'll return the motherboard I bought.

Yep! The RTX 3050 runs at x8 even though it uses an x16 slot. Have you had it a while or did you get it recently?

I've had the video card for a long time... I've only just finished my new setup, the last piece I bought was the motherboard. I was unsure if it really ran on x8 or was it a problem with the motherboard, I had never noticed it.

The RTX 3050 operates at a maximum of x8, which is plenty for a card of that caliber.
