I'm confused between these 2 GPUs that are in my budget, i just want to know which option is better.
gaming isn't my fist concern as i play sometimes with my friends.
but my main usage would be for Stable Diffusion rendering and video editing using premiere pro and after effects.
again, i don't care about fps, just which one is better for "heavy duty".
im open for suggestions if anyone has a better card in mind.
thanks for helping :)

pc specs:
ryzen 7 2700
16gb 3000mhz
gtx 1650 TM ( tm stands for terrible mistake)

Eximo

Titan
Ambassador
Better tensor cores and cuda cores, but I will suggest getting more vram one so maybe a 3080 ti second hand used.

For the cost of a 12GB 3080 TI, I would probably take a serious look at an RTX 4070 Super 12GB, if not a straight dash to the 4070 Ti Super 16GB. Those clock speed improvements can certainly make up for a lot, also quite a bit more efficient.

Though that depends heavily on the PSU. If the GTX1650 is anything to go by, not a chance of properly running a 350W 3080 Ti.

VRAM focus on a budget, RTX 4060 Ti16GB.

I think the answer might be neither. They are both weak. For gaming they will do ok, depending on the game. But the kind of work you are interested in could be better served with a 4070 Ti Super.

Of course, that comes with a price, and the rest of your components will have to match.

I don't know about that. The price would be around a new 4070 Ti Super, which has 16Gb.
This Zotac Trinity is $780: https://pcpartpicker.com/product/nb...4070-ti-super-16-gb-video-card-zt-d40730d-10p

On a budget, the 4060 is faster. It does lack more than 8Gb of VRAM, but other 40 series GPUs with more RAM are above budget.

This article is a little bit older and doesn't include any 40xx Super GPUS: https://www.tomshardware.com/pc-components/gpus/stable-diffusion-benchmarks
