So I will start by saying I don't have much experience troubleshooting things or knowing what to look for in monitoring softwares so if you need any other info, please let me know.
I got the Zotac RTX 3060 Twin Edge in late june and it was working perfectly fine until a month or two ago. The issue happens randomly. Sometimes I can play for hours and nothing happens and then sometimes when I'm playing something more intensive or just browsing the web or playing very light point and click games the screen either goes black and then comes back or goes black and then I get the "no signal" message from my monitor. I can still hear everything going on, but the image is gone unless I reboot it. Here are things I've tried:
Update to the latest driver at the time (526.86)
DDU to older driver (512.95, as some people said it fixed it)
Running Funmark for a couple of minutes and Heaven Benchmark with no errors
Ctrl + Shift + Windows Key + B
Unplugging and plugging HDMI cable on GPU
Specs:
CPU: Intel Core i5 10400 @ 2.90GHz
CPU Cooler: Stock
Motherboard: PRIME H410M-E (LGA1200)
Memory: Crucial Ballistix (2x 8GB) 2666MHz DDR4 CL16
Storage: Crucial MX500 250GB SATA + Western Digital 1TB SATA
Storage (OS): Crucial MX500
Video Card: ZOTAC RTX 3060 Twin Edge 12GB
PSU: Corsair CX550 80 Plus Bronze
Monitor: LG Full HD TV (not sure about the model)

What did you have prior to this?

PSU: Corsair CX550 80 Plus Bronze
How old is the PSU in your build?

Motherboard: PRIME H410M-E (LGA1200)
BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time?

DDU to older driver (512.95, as some people said it fixed it)
You're advised to be on the latest driver version as opposed to going backwards, unless the latest drivers are impossible to work with.

Storage (OS): Crucial MX500
What OS are you working with? Considering you're working with Crucial drives, use Storage Executive to see if they have any firmware updates pending.

Just a little over one year old

American Megatrends Inc. 1603, 29/01/2021

I decided to go back because the GPU was working fine for the first three months, so I figured this could be it

Windows 10
Downloaded the Storage Executive software and it says:
Installed firmware is up to date.
Current firmware version M3CR023 is already installed and up to date.

Wow, sounds like my computer problem as well.
I replaced the GPU, CPU, RAM, reinstalled the OS and still same issue. All bios and drivers are up to date. Changed out cables.

I hope your answer is the I need as well.
