Hi everyone, i recently bought an RTX 3060 12GB GALAX, and every game i play the desktop crash. (sometimes a BSOD appear, sometimes just crash till i restart manually)

My config:
I9-9900k
MOBO: Z370M Aorus Gaming mobo
RAM: 32gb (4x8gb same frequency)
PSU: PCYES ATX 600w séries 80 Plus Bronze
Win 11

I already installed msi afterburn, monitoring the temperature, but nothing seens to happen the temperature is about 35~45º when using, and i really don't know why this is happening.I also reinstalled windows, with the clean installation of the drivers, and the gpu keep crashing

I have an old 1070, that i'm using to play games till fix, and with the new 3060, all they are crashing.
games i'm running : Snowbreak Containment, Diablo 4, The Crew 2 and Baldurs Gate 3
The crash is random, not at some specific time. Sometimes i play 2 min, sometimes 30min

can anyone help me with this issue??

I already send to the Galax support, they reply with some videos with my gpu running without problem and send me back the gpu.
I also test a new PSU 750w with my friend, and the crash happened again.
i can't figure out.

Did you try to reset/reinstall your OS? Alternatively, couldn't you try the GPU on your friend's PC? There might be some issues with your installation, assuming that Galax was through with their tests.

Yes i did! after i install the gpu, i did a clean install of the OS in a new m2 that i bought too.The gpu runs without issues in another desktop.

I forget to mention that i run about 3 Benchmarks, and in no one the crash happen.

Well, so it's almost certainly an issue with your installation, probably there's some issue with the GPU drivers. If you need/want to keep your old Windows system, you could either give a try to DDU, if you haven't done it already, or perhaps try Windows' reset, which can reset the system while keeping all the user files.

Could not find any reviews in a quick search.
Never heard of this brand.
Could you connect a different power supply to the system to see if it is the problem?
A good quality with at least gold rating .
30?? series cards have transient power spikes that cheaper power supplies can not cope with.
