Question RTX 3060 ti lags in game

Hello, I bought a new RTX 3060 ti for my new PC and when I am playing, the game starts to lag. I uploaded a quick gameplay of MK11 where all the settings were at the max and the resolution was full HD:

I honestly cannot understand why I have this kind of problem with a new card

full system spec? include brand and model of the psu?
try lower the game settings?

I am playing the game with the max settings at 1920x1080

Did you try to disable "game mode" in Windows?
(Settings->Gaming->game mode)

I did it now, there's a bit of improvement, however there is still a little lag, even when the game plays videos for the story mode

Which refresh rate are you playing on? MK11 is capped @60FPS.

The first monitor where I launch Steam, is set on a refresh rate of 60Hz
