Hi! I built this pc:
Intel i7- 7800x
MoBo: MSI thomahawk x299
Gpu: Gtx 1060 3gb
Ram 32 a 3400
Programs in SSD
Files and projects in SSD nmve
Cache in external hdd
PSU vulcano MPVU750
Premiere constantly crasheses due to Gpu issues. Also I can't render most of the times using CUDA acceleration, I think is due to lack of GPU power.
I want to upgrade the whole system and I don't know if it would be smart to replace the components one by one. Now I wonder if upgrading the GPU to the RTX 3060ti would increase premiere/after performance (I handle 4k footage everyday, 1-2h video render with after effects secuences on top, lumetri FX, red giant plugins, h264 codecs for both footage and export..) , or I rather think on invest on a CPU + GPU upgrade to really level up the performance.
