Question RTX 3060 triggering performance thermal limit in HWINFO?

Just got Palit RTX 3060 Dual, and after undervolting + overclocking it a little bit, these are the results:

3DMark Time Spy (stock score was 8847):

Afterburner:

Curve (2025MHz @ 950mV, stock was 1972MHz @ 1093mV):

HWINFO hit thermal limit (during Time Spy):

Can someone walk me through this readings, is it obvious throttling, or some kind of glitch/bug?

Looks like you're maintaining 2025MHz for the majority of the test. What's the problem?
