Question Rtx 3060ti and Msi Mag B660 Mortar issue

Hi! So heres an interesting problem: vga white led on a msi mag b660 mortar wifi ddr 4 when plugging in a gigabyte rtx 3060 ti ( oc pro 8g rev 1).

Psu is a nzxt c750 bronze semi-modular. The pcie power cable is one with a splitter (8 to 6+2x 2). Also tried with bios set to pcie gen 4,3 and auto.I did test the pc with a gtx 1660 super and it works perfectly. The rtx was tested on another system via a same type of pcie power cable. So power is sifficient and all hardware works: what could be the culprit?! Did ddu, win reset, bios reset and update, multiple reseats and cable checkd to no avail. Any ideas?

The pcie power cable is one with a splitter (8 to 6+2x 2)
The manual to the PSU shows that you have access to more PCIe connectors. Try plugging into the GPU without daisychaining.

Hey, could you kindly point me towards this manual? While in service they tried connecting different psu to the same system and also tried plug the rtx into other systems with no luck. Somehow it worked on a b450 with a thermaltake litepower 650

Thank you.Didnt find the point you made about pcie cables. Just talked to them and they said the single pcie daisy chain should be enough) plot thickens
