Hi all
I plan to buy a 3070 (EVGA Geforce RTX 3070 BLACK).
My current build has a Ryzen 7 3800x, a GTX 1080 and a CXM 650W).
On the internet it shows that the 3070 requires a minimum of a 650W PSU.
Would my build be okay if I am running these components (Didn't mention my existing drives).
I am using Ryzen Master PBO for automatic overclocking of my CPU.
Also, my PSU has a cable with both an 8 pin and a 6+2 pin. Would I be able to use JUST that cable to connect to the card, or would I need a separate cable?
Thank you very much!

Your PSU should be fine with the new GPU. You'll use the same connections that your current PSU uses to power the 3070.
My current GPU is just 1 x 8 pin, and I leave the attached 6+2 (or maybe I'm using the 6+2 and have the 1 x 8 hanging) just there since it's the same exact cable just split (does this make sense)
So that's okay you think?
