Hello,
I just installed my RTX 3070 FE graphics card and noticed a strange thing. When browsing the internet, the graphics card does not trigger the fans themselves around 150.8 ° F . The fans only start in-game. Is it possible to activate the fans earlier? I touched the cooling system which is very hot due to the lack of ventilation. After that, I don't know if this temperature at rest is acceptable.

Solution
Install msi afterburner and there in the settings there's an option to do a custom fan curve set it to however you like!

Also msi afterburner is a 3rd party app used to monitor your graphics card it also allows for overclocking as well as fan control! It comes with an optional download for rtss which I a good feature to monitor all sorts of things from fps to cpu/ GPU usages and temps! I use this program also

Thanks @sgnz , i use hwinfo but the temperatures are not the right ones.
I have a 50 ° F difference between MSI afterburner and hwinfo.

The fans therefore start from 140 ° F instead of 158 ° F which is reassuring.

I keep this great tool thank you
