Question RTX 3070 for 8K Video

Upgrading from a GT 1030, because im getting into 8K video. Can anyone comment how good the RTX 3070 would be for 8K video editing? The monitor will still be 4K, and my TV downstairs is 8k. I'd be using Adobe Premiere Pro for editing. Just told a faster GPU would help with processing/ rendering of the 8k files.

They only had 2 left, so I purchased a MSI RTX 3070 3x OC GPU for 700 Canadian plus taxes. Was almost 200 off, so I figured that was the best deal I was going to get at this time.
