I just upgraded from an ASUS rtx 2060 to a Gigabyte rtx 3070 and i have an i5-10600k that’s not OC. My frames in MW2 and warzone 2 has not changed at all and maybe have even gotten worse. i tried putting all setting on low but in warzone i’m not breaking 100fps. temps are normal and nothing looks like it is bottlenecking.

my specs
i5-10600k
MSI MPG Z490 Gaming Edge Wifi ATX mobo
rtx 3070
16 g 2133 ram
corsair rmx 750watt psu

Would get rid of current drivers via DDU and install latest for the new gpu.

Also see if there are any new chipset drivers for the motherboard. Also check if you have the latest bios for the motherboard (dxdiag can show which is your current).

Ram is truly rated for 2133mt/s or is it just running that speed?

The next way should also show bios and ram info,

download hwinfo,
install and open it=click run,
close the top window which is the system summary,
in the main window at the left top click "save report",
at the bottom of the next window check "Summary for Clipboard",
after that you'll see what's in the pc,
copy by clicking "copy to clipboard" and rightclick+paste in your next respons

Used DDU to uninstall drivers

You're more than likely CPU bound especially if you're at 1080p resolution. A full Warzone map puts a load on a CPU.

As stated above, use DDU to remove old drivers.

Also, if can go to userbenchmark.com and run the test. Link the results here after completion.
