3070 if you have the budget and want to go for highest settings, but the games you play also matters. Else 6700xt is pretty good as well...

That's more at par with the 3070, maybe even better in some titles, but again depends on which games you play and what features you expect from the card. Nvidia is definitely better in some features if you are looking for some additional utilities from the card. But, from purely FPS point of view, the 6800 can be tad better in some titles.

Rx6800 is better unless raytraycing is capital for you. I personally never enable lt in my 3070 because I see no difference

On same 1080p 144hz monitor which looks better? Which is more durable for everyday use as i only play games and no other. I play whole day so which will last more?

With RT Nvidia is better, otherwise AMD. Nvidia driver support is usually better and lasts pretty long.

If it hasn't arrived and you haven't opened the package, no offense to NVIDIA but 6800xt is far more superior than 3070, let alone for future upgrade in case you somehow get qhd or uhd monitor to the rig. Some of 6800xt in Australia today for example, cost only 10 bowls of ramens more than 3070 which is at par with 6800 non XT.

I got the 6800 and started using, because my psu is only 650 and cant handle the 6800xt
