What are rest of your pc specs?
With i9-10900K and RTX 3070 - 650W PSU is required.

If you have some less power hungry cpu, then your THERMALTAKE 600W 80PLUS GOLD probably will be enough.

I have a 3700x and am looking to get a 3070. I have only a corsair sf600. I saw optimum techs video and he was running a 3080OC with a 10900k overclocked at around 630W peak at the wall.
