[SOLVED] RTX 3070 worth it for $750?

I have been thinking about upgrading my PC. The problem is:
I live in Serbia and GPU prices are ridiculous here. The cheapest RTX 2070 I can find is for about $680. I'm aware of the supply shortage regarding the 30 series cards, and I have found a GeForce RTX 3070 Twin Edge Zotac 8 GB for $750. I am also aware of how much more this is than in "normal" countries, but from my experience this price won't go much lower even after the supply stabilises.
Another option would be a 5700XT for 500$. This is also the cheapest price I have found it for.

What do you think I should do?

Those are normal prices outside of the USA, here in canada the 3070 costs around the same amount.

Go for the 3070 if its just 70$ more than the 2070.

Dont even bother with the 5700XT.

If the difference in price between the 2070 and the 3070 is only $70, defiantly go for the 3070. Especially if prices generally wont go down any father, like you say they probably wont. The 3070 will way outperform a 2070
