Question Rtx 3070ti zotac fans question

this gpu has 3 fans problem is one of them is stuck on 3200rpm 100% of the time and its very loud,
would be ok to remove said fan ? apart from the temps is there anything else to worry about ?

i already did they told me to contact seller which was overclockers and then they said they couldnt fix it only option was to send it back to them and get a refund but then i would stay without a gpu

i would get a refund before potentially getting stuck with a defective GPU.
