That shows you have a lot of background stuff running and your using over 6GB of ram at startup.

Make your startup group skinny.

Having unneeded stuff running when your trying to game might present a problem.

Find out what that stuff is and make sure it's all needed.

I'm not sure why my computer uses more than 5GB of RAM at startup, but according to Task Manager, 200MB+ is devoted to the "Antimalware Service Executable" alone.
