Question rtx 3080 on pcie 3.0

hey , rtx 3080 on pcie 3.0 motherboard will work ok?

i have gigabyte B360M D3H , thanks for helpers

Yes. A small performance penalty, but nothing noticeable outside of a benchmark.

Though the more important question is what PSU you are using to run a 3080. It is a 320W part, and it does get to that if you run the right settings. Average rest of a system uses anywhere from 100-300W, so you need a good quality 750-850W PSU.

i am using FSP RAIDER RA650W , its old lol (2016)
so what should i choose from those PSU ?:
1.Antec PSU Atom B750 750W
2.Antec PSU CSK 750W 80+ Bronze Semi-Modular
3.CoolerMaster MWE 750W 230V-V2 80+ Bronze (5 year warranty)
