[SOLVED] rtx 3080 paired with I5-11600k: is the cpu good enough for 3440 x 1440 @ 144Hz?

Well the title is most of the question, but if the cpu is NOT enough is there any Rocket Lake cpu that IS good enough? And will keeping I5-11600k actually make a discernable difference?
