Question RTX 3080 ti issues and possible return

Hello i have massive problems with my GPU, causing the bsod in various situtations. Yes bsod could have multiple reasons, but i know for sure its the 3080 ti (retail).
Highly presuming some damage with VRAM, since the stopcode is Memory_Management. Dont know what to do then return it and get my money back, got it 5 month ago.

But read in alot of forums, that this company likes to scam customers when returning damaged articles. What do you guys suggest? Or in general, can i get my money back after 5 month usage or at least partially?

Well, if you're certain it's the card, then I'd say return it. Should be under warranty. I'm doubtful that you'll get a refund after five months but through the manufacturer you should be eligible for a replacement card if there is in fact a problem with yours.
